Terms & condition

1. Our school hours start from 06h00 to 18h00 ( Monday to Friday ) Please note that all staff goes off duty at 18h00.A teacher will be arranged to take care of your child or children after hours. A fee cash per hour is payable directly to the teacher on arrival.

( 18h00-18h05 R50 , 18h05-18h15 R100, 18h15-18h30 R150)

2. Parents that may have any grievances or problems concerning their child are requested to make an appointment to speak to the school manager / principal / owner.

The Covid-19 safety protocols must be in consideration

3. Newsletters will be sent out regularly informing you of any requirements or special events. It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure that they have received their letters on a regular basis.

4. Breakfast is served between 07h30 – 08h00 and lunch from 12h30 – 13h00

5. All monies and fees have to be paid via EFT or in cash at the office.

6. Fees are payable in full, even if your child is away on holiday or due to illness.

7.Late payment of school fees will only be allowed by School Manager agreement given to you in writing. Failing to pay your child’s school fees will automatically expire your child’s enrolment at the school.

8. Every child will receive a notebook for communication between the teacher and parent. It must be signed by the parent after reading the message.

9. Please mark all clothing. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of property, although we take all possible precautions to prevent this from happening.

11. The school closes every year for Christmas, New Year and the Easter Weekend period. All fees are still payable in full. Parents have to make sure about this payment because failing in doing so may result in non-enrolment the next year.

12. Any changes to your personal information like your home address or phone numbers must be brought to the School Manager’s attention as soon as possible, so that your records can be updated.

13. Children that have any infectious diseases are not allowed at the school and must be treated immediately. The school have the right to ask for a doctor’s clearance certificate. (Health Department Requirement). It is not the School’s responsibility to treat your child. We can assure you that we take all possible precautions to insure your child’s wellbeing.

14. The school absolves and indemnifies itself against the loss or damage to any electronic gadgets brought to school

15. Children ( Also aftercare children ) are not allowed to : - Bring toys (only during school holidays) - Bring any cap guns, pellet guns , laser pointers and sharp instruments - Physically or verbally abuse another child or staff member - Be destructive with school equipment or another child’s possessions

16. The School Manager reserve the right to cancel any child’s enrolment for the following reasons : - For not disclosing problems such as physical, mental or psychological behaviour your child may have that you were aware of. - For not disclosing medical conditions your child may be suffering from that may be detrimental to other children or staff at the school. - Parents who spread rumours to bring the name of the school, teachers, school manager and others into disrepute. - Parents that are bad payers and regularly have to be reminded to pay their child’s fees on time. - Failure to submit the following documentation: Certified copies of the immunization certificate, birth certificate (for South African citizens) or passport with temporary residence permit and asylum seekers permit for Non-South African citizens.

I, the undersigned hereby bind myself as surety and co-principal debtor to Liberi Educentre Parklands for the due and punctual fulfilment by myself of all my obligations to Liberi Educentre Parklands , the meaning and effects of which I know and understand . If this account is handed over for collection, I understand that I will be liable for all costs of whatsoever nature, as between attorney and client, including 25% collection commission, tracing costs and any costs that may occur in the recovery of monies owed.

The School Manager / Owner of Liberi Educentre Parklands reserves the right to cancel any child’s enrolment, expel a child if deemed necessary. The school has the right to give a parent notice with immediate effect, if the above mentioned, rules and regulations are not adhered to.
